Mario Santy is BDO Ideas at Work’s change expert in NWOW. He guides companies through their transformation journey to a new way of working.
Mario took his first steps in NWOW during an assignment for TUC Rail, the goal of which was to introduce a more empowered and decentralized way of working in the different regions in Belgium. After assisting quite a number of companies in the many aspects of NWOW, he was asked to manage AXA Bank’s transformation towards a new way of working. Together with the paperless ambassadors, the move ambassadors, the flex work ambassadors and management, he ensured that the 800 AXA Bank employees made a habit of the new way of working.
With a background in economics and organizational pedagogy, Mario combines his many years of experience and a profound interest in humanity to design and implement more effective working models. His goal is discover the delicate balance between adding value to the company and living the happy life.
